Hostinger AI Website Builder vs WordPress: Which Should You Use? (2026)

What this video covers

Build a complete landing page that actually sells with Hostinger AI Builder. The AI gives you a first draft in about a minute, and then I show you every edit that turns it into a professional website: removing fake sections, real prices, buttons that link, an FAQ, a menu that jumps to each section, site-wide colors, a full-width hero, a transparent header with a Subscribe button, privacy and terms pages, and a free subdomain.

Key points

A one-page landing page that sells a monthly coffee subscription called Ember Roast. Bold, premium look with dark espresso and warm orange colors. Sections: hero with a clear headline and a Start my subscription button, how it works in 3 steps, 3 pricing plans with the middle one highlighted as most popular, customer reviews, a money-back guarantee, FAQ, and a final call to action.

Prices shown are US prices on the 48-month plan (October 2026). Prices change by country and over time, so always check the final price in the cart. Ember Roast is a demo brand; reviews and contact details are examples. Photos are from Unsplash.

Hey, I'm Adam, and welcome to Build and Earn AI. In this video, I'll build a landing page that actually sells, with Hostinger AI Builder, and I'll show you every edit that turns the AI's first draft into a complete, professional website. But first, you need hosting and a domain, so let me show you how to get hosting at the best price, with a free domain.

First, let's get your hosting. Click the Hostinger link in the description below this video, so you get the best discount. Before anything else, make sure you're on your own country's version of the site. I'm using US prices in this video, and prices can be different where you live. Then click Get started. Here you'll see three plans.

On the left, Premium, for two ninety-nine a month. It's good for up to three websites, with twenty gigabytes of storage and weekly backups. But notice: no CDN, no AI tools, and no priority support. On the right, Cloud Startup, for seven ninety-nine a month. You get a hundred gigabytes of NVMe storage, daily and on-demand backups, and more power for agencies and high-traffic sites.

But for most people, it's more than you need right now. And in the middle, Unlimited, the one I recommend. For three ninety-nine a month, you get unlimited websites, fifty gigabytes of NVMe storage, daily backups, a free CDN, the AI tools, and priority support. That's the best value, so that's the one we'll choose.

So, quick recap: Premium is fine for a few simple sites, Cloud is for big, high-traffic projects, and Unlimited is the best value for almost everyone. Just keep in mind: this is an intro price, and the plan renews at a higher price, which you can always see right here. Now click Choose plan. This is your cart.

First, choose the period. You can pay for one, twelve, twenty-four, or forty-eight months. The longer the period, the lower the monthly price, so forty-eight months is the best value. And look: you also get a free domain for the first year, and free email mailboxes. Now, click Have a coupon code, type my code, LEARN2EARN, and click Apply.

The price drops to three fifty-nine a month, and you can see the coupon savings right here. Then click Continue. Now create your account. Type your email and a strong password, or simply sign up with Google. Then click Register. Next, fill in your billing details: your name, your country, your phone number, and your address.

Then click Continue. Now choose how you want to pay. You can pay with a card: just type your name, your card number, the expiry date, and the security code. Or you can use PayPal, Google Pay, and other options, depending on your country. You're also covered by a thirty-day money-back guarantee. Now click Submit payment, and if your bank asks you to confirm, approve it.

Once your payment goes through, Hostinger takes you straight to the setup. Let's do it together. First, it asks where you'd like to start. Click Create a new site. Now choose how you want to build it. Describe it, we build it, is the AI Builder. Build on WordPress is great for blogs and online stores.

Push your code is for developers and vibe-coded apps. And Upload your PHP or HTML is for advanced users. Pick the one that fits your project. I'll choose Upload PHP or HTML, because I'm going to upload my own website. Then click Next. Now the fun part: choosing your domain. Your plan comes with one free domain for the first year.

Type the name you want. I'm using an example name here, so type your own. If it's available, it shows as free for the first year. Click it, then click Next. Next, enter the owner details for your domain: your name, email, phone number, and country. Use your real details, because they're used to verify the domain, and wrong details can get it suspended.

After that, check your inbox. You'll get an email asking you to verify your domain. Click the link in that email within fifteen days, or the domain can be suspended. Now choose how to set up your website. You can upload your website files, or start empty. I'll start empty, then click Next. Then pick your server location.

Choose the location closest to most of your visitors. My audience is mostly in the US, so I'll pick the United States. Then click Next. And that's it! Hostinger sets everything up in a minute or two, and your hosting and domain are ready. Now let's build the landing page. In your hosting panel, go to Websites, click Create site, and choose AI Builder.

Pick your building style. Agentic uses AI credits. Manual lets you edit everything by hand, and that's the one I'll use. Now describe your page. Mine is a monthly coffee subscription called Ember Roast. I asked for a bold, premium look, a clear headline, how it works in three steps, three pricing plans, reviews, a guarantee, an FAQ, and a final call to action.

The AI reads your idea, sets up the sections, picks colors and images. It takes about a minute. And here's the first draft. It looks good, but look closer. The AI added a store section with a cap and a vase, the plans have no prices, there's no FAQ, and the menu only says Home.

So the AI gives you a first draft, and now we'll edit it into a complete website, step by step. Click Continue to open the editor. Click any section to see its toolbar: edit, generate an image, duplicate, hide, delete, or move it up and down. Edit number one: remove what doesn't belong. Hover over the store section, and click the trash icon.

Gone. Edit number two: real prices. Double-click any text to edit it. I changed the heading to Pick your plan, cancel anytime, and added a price to every plan. The big card is the most popular plan, so I said that right in the text. Then click the button, and open Edit button. Change the text to Start my subscription, and choose where it links.

A button that goes nowhere loses sales. Edit number three: shorter headings. Long, fancy headings are hard to read, so I changed this one to Loved by home baristas. Edit number four: the missing FAQ. Hover between two sections and click Add section. Go to FAQ, and pick a layout. It comes with placeholder text, so let's write real questions.

Here's a tip: double-click the block, then triple-click one line to select only that line. Now I can replace each question and each answer without breaking the style. Then open Edit section. In Anchor, name it faq, so the menu can jump here. And in Background, I picked the cream color from the brand palette.

Edit number five: a real menu. Open Pages, click Add link, choose Section, and pick the section. I added How it works, Plans, Reviews, and FAQ. Now visitors can jump anywhere on the page. Edit number six: better colors. Open Styles, then Colors. Here you see every color on your site. Click one, click Change, and type the new color.

I replaced the dull caramel with one strong orange, and it updates everywhere at once. Edit number seven: a stronger hero. The first hero image was dark and cut off, so I replaced the whole section. Add a section, choose a full-width layout, then in Edit section, replace the background image. I searched the free images for a coffee roaster, and lowered the overlay so the photo shows.

Then I wrote a clear headline, colored forty-eight hours in orange, added a one-line promise, and set up two buttons: an orange Start my subscription button, and See how it works. Edit number eight: the header. Open Edit header, and in Elements, turn on the button. I called it Subscribe and linked it to the plans.

Then in Style, turn on Transparent header, so it sits right on top of the hero image. I also made the most popular plan card orange, so it pops. Click the card, open Edit card, and change the background. Edit number nine: legal pages. Click Add page, choose Privacy policy, and fill in your business details.

Hostinger generates the text for you. Do the same for Terms and conditions, hide both from the menu, and link them in the footer. A real business needs these pages, and they build trust. Before publishing, always check the mobile view. Click the phone icon and scroll through the whole page. Now click Publish. Your site goes live on a free temporary domain.

Then click Connect a custom domain. Type the address you want. Because my domain is on Hostinger, I can use a free subdomain, coffee, dot my domain. Select it, click Next, and it's connected. And here's the final landing page, live. A full-width hero with a clear promise and two buttons, a menu that jumps to every section, how it works, real prices with the most popular plan highlighted, reviews, an FAQ, a strong guarantee, and a footer with the legal pages.

And on a phone, everything stacks perfectly, and the menu turns into a clean hamburger menu. So remember: the AI gives you a great first draft in a minute, but your edits are what make it sell. Remove what doesn't fit, add real prices, add an FAQ, link every button, and check it on mobile.

In my next video, I'll vibe-code a real PHP and MySQL app with AI, and put it live on this same hosting. Subscribe so you don't miss it, and tell me in the comments: what would you sell with a landing page like this?
