Questions
How is the price calculated?
With the formula from our "How much to charge" video: your costs (domain for year one, images or small paid tools), plus the hours the project really takes multiplied by your hourly rate, plus a value bonus when the website directly brings the business money, like online bookings or a store. Every hour estimate is listed in the breakdown, so you can adjust your rate or scope.
Why charge more than the hours AI saved me?
The client pays for a result: more calls, bookings and customers. If you only bill the hours AI saved you, you give that value away. The value bonus is how the formula accounts for it.
How much should a care plan cost?
Your running cost for the site (hosting share and domain renewal) plus the hours of work you include each month at your rate. Two or three simple plans (basic, standard, pro) are easier to sell than a custom price.
Are these real market prices?
No. They are starting estimates from a simple formula and your own hourly rate. Prices differ a lot by city, niche and experience, so use your own numbers. No income is guaranteed.
Should I ask for a deposit?
Yes. Most freelancers ask for about half before they start, and put the scope in writing: how many pages, how many rounds of changes, and what is not included.
