What we collect
- Email address, only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We use double opt-in, so nothing is sent until you confirm.
- Anonymous link statistics when you click a
/go/link: the date, a rough device type, the page or video that sent you, and a one-way hash that changes every day. We never store your IP address.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your email.
- We don't show ads and don't use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded with Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and tutorials help most. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga). Google receives your IP address to provide the service; Analytics does not store it. We never send names or email addresses to Google. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details: how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Embedded videos
Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), only after you press play.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your data, reply to any of our emails and we'll remove it. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to turn analytics cookies on or off.
