BuildNetwork Solutions Review (2026): What a .com Really Costs
One of the oldest domain companies, owned by the same group as Domain.com. Check the cart carefully before you pay.
- Long-running registrar
- Same group as Domain.com
- Domain + email + privacy
- Prices checked in the real cart
My real Network Solutions cart.
An AI All-Access Pack for $20 a month was already in the cart. Without it the total was about $14.
- Total today with the AI pack$34.18
- AI All-Access Pack (pre-added)$20/mo
- Without the AI pack≈ $14
What you pay at Network Solutions
.com domain
- Not $5 like Domain.com
- Privacy free for 1 month only
From my cart, before tax. The sales-contact box was already ticked. Domain.com (same company) had the .com for $5 the first year.
How to get the lowest price
- 1Open Network Solutions
Use the button on this page and search your domain.
- 2Remove the AI All-Access Pack
It was pre-added for $20 a month.
- 3Check privacy, email and the ticked box
Turn off what you do not need, then check the final total.
My verdict
Network Solutions works, but the same .com was cheaper at Domain.com ($5) and Namecheap ($5.98), and the cart added a $20/mo AI pack. For a new site, Hostinger includes a free domain for the first year.
Is Network Solutions right for you?
✅ Great if…
- You already manage domains there
- You want a long-established registrar
🚫 Skip it if…
- You want the cheapest .com (Domain.com was $5, Namecheap $5.98)
- You do not want to remove pre-added extras
- You want web hosting (their hosting pages showed errors when I checked)
My scores
My own ratings from testing the cart and the dashboard, out of 10. Our overall rating is calculated from four assessed categories: price, renewal pricing, ease of use and features. We have not independently tested customer support response times or resolution quality, so support is excluded from the score.
